Permitted Payments

• Refundable Tenancy Deposit. 4 weeks rent.
• A refundable holding deposit 1 weeks rent.
• Fee to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant. Our Costs, supported by invoices, up to a maximum of £50.00
• Fee for Replacement for loss of keys – Our costs for repairs/replacement, supported by invoices, up to a maximum of £50.00.
• Late payment of rent: After 14 days there is a daily fee at an annual percentage rate of 3% above the bank lending rate.
